We price from drawings and specifications, review buildability, plan the sequence and source samples. Cost plans are open and itemised, so the practice and client can see where decisions affect the scheme.
Where a junction, material or sequence needs another look, we bring options and costed alternatives. We raise the question while it can still be resolved on paper.

We work alongside the appointed architect and professional team, under JCT and RIBA forms of contract. Our settled team of craftspeople and specialist subcontractors carries the work from structure and services to joinery, stone and finish.
Most schemes sit between £300,000 and £2,000,000-plus in contract value. We work predominantly across London, with selected projects in the south of England. Our work includes new build homes, residential refurbishment and basement construction.

At Black House in Shepperton, we are building The Vawdrey House's design to passive-house principles. The live record shows the structure, insulation, airtight layer and our own construction model, before the finishes cover the work.
