A substantial refurbishment changes more than the visible rooms. Reworked circulation, structural openings, extensions and renewed services need to be coordinated with the detail that follows.

Much of our work is Victorian and Edwardian housing, reconfigured for the way the client lives now. We plan the temporary works, protect the existing fabric and keep neighbours informed. Where the existing building presents an unforeseen condition, we raise it early and price the response openly.

We price from the drawings and specification, review buildability and sequence, and source samples before anyone is on site. Joinery, doors, panelling, metalwork and stone are set out precisely and installed by trades we return to.
