Omniform is a construction partner for architecture-led homes, founded in 2009 by Andrew Green and Eduart Kola.
Our founders bring construction, engineering, and architectural experience to every project, underpinned by respect, integrity, and understanding. The architect's intent is the job: where buildability bites, we bring options and costed alternatives rather than quiet substitutions. Where the unforeseen appears, and in period housing stock it always does, we say so early and price it openly.
At the core of Omniform is the team: project managers and craftspeople selected for skill and commitment, alongside a settled group of specialist subcontractors who know our standard. We directly employ the majority of our skilled labour, and it shows in the finished work.

Omniform is fully insured for every project we take on, with cover scaled to the contract and insurance-backed guarantees available for specific works. We are members of the Federation of Master Builders, Industry Partners of the British Institute of Interior Design (BIID), and registered with the Considerate Constructors Scheme.
